- Every proposal includes an initial discovery call and up to three follow-up planning sessions.
- Expedited Planning: An additional $200 USD applies when travel is being planned less than 25 days prior to departure.
- For itineraries longer than 16 nights, an additional fee of $50 USD per extra night applies, regardless of the number of travelers.
This allows us to maintain the same level of attention, detail, and support throughout your journey.
- Once a proposal has been confirmed, any significant modification to the itinerary (including changes to services, travel dates, or number of travelers) will be subject to a $170 USD change fee.
- If a revision requested prior to confirmation represents a substantial change in scope — such as changing destinations entirely — a new planning process will be required, and the applicable planning fee will be charged again based on trip length and number of travelers.

Important Notes
- All prices are quoted in USD and include applicable taxes.
- Fees are charged per traveler and/or per service.
- All fees are non-refundable and are separate from the cost of the travel services booked. Payment is required before any itinerary, proposal, or reservation is delivered.
- Otto Travel offers flight ticketing services exclusively to selected clients.
This includes members of the Otto Private Circle (available by invitation only), travelers for whom we manage a trip from start to finish, or clients benefiting from preferred premium-cabin fares.
We reserve the right to accept ticketing requests on a case-by-case basis, always prioritizing situations where we can provide meaningful added value and maintain trusted client relationships.
- Any request or service not explicitly listed in this fee schedule (such as visa assistance, support with third-party benefits, or similar services) will be billed at a base rate of $85 USD per hour, with a two-hour minimum.
For services requiring coordination with third parties (including visa agencies, legal firms, banks, or consulates), Otto Travel's fees are separate from any charges imposed by those providers.
Otto Travel is not responsible for benefits, terms, policies, information, restrictions, or changes imposed by third parties.
